Honey Mustard Chicken

Before making Boston Cream Pie i made Honey Mustard Chicken and believe me it was awsomeeeeeeeeeeeee.You have to taste it .Delicious sauce with sweet chicken melts in your mouth :O.!! yEAH!!!!


* 2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into bites(Here i used chicken legs :P)
* 5-6 tsp. tablespoon mustard (spicy or not preferred)
* 1 tsp. tablespoon honey
* 1 / 2 green pepper
* 1 glass of wine, vodka
* Juice from 2-3 lemons
* Salt
* Pepper
* Oregon
* 1 beef stock cube (optional)
* 3-4 tsp. tablespoon olive oil


1. Pour the oil in a deep saucepan and saute the chicken bites by getting white.
2. Just boil, add the vodka and allow 1-2 minutes to cook.
3. In a shaker, add the mustard, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper and beat to make a mixture. The throw into the pot and this.
4. Pour water into pot so that covered the chicken a little more (not much).
5. Just boil and add honey (if we have the cube) and stir.
6. Lower half an eye on fire and let it simmer until it thickens the sauce.
